1 – Online Application

Our preferred format for receiving employment applications is via our online application service. Online application speeds the hiring process as well as places you in our system for consideration for other future opportunities. We will acknowledge receipt of your application and evaluate your skills and experience to the position qualifications.

2 – Assessment

Your online application provides the information we will need to assess your education and experience against the job qualifications you applied for. Human Persona employs online assessments that measure both soft and hard skills that generally do not emerge from interviews. These assessments are critical as they help determine if it is equally beneficial for you to continue through the hiring process.

3 – Interview

We use behavioral-based interviews to get to know you – the real you. What makes you tick? What have you accomplished so far? To do this we’ll ask questions about previous accomplishments or how you’ve handled situations in the past.

4 – Profile Verification

Before making a job offer, we will conduct a thorough background check that covers your employment history, references, educational qualifications, and verifying information provided in your online job application. It is critical that you provide accurate, up-to-date information to help expedite your hiring and onboarding process.

5 – Job Offer

If you're selected, a Human Persona representative will convey a formal offer, by email or phone call. The offer package will include a starting salary and a summary of benefits. You will be asked to prepare and submit required documents to facilitate your onboarding and deployment.

6 – Onboarding & Deployment

At Human Persona, we believe onboarding is more than just the traditional first-day orientation experience. It is an ongoing process that helps you understand the culture and expectations of your new job and how you contribute to the overall mission and vision of the company.

Before you are able to apply for a job, there a number of documents or identifications that you will need in order to be hired. Be sure to prepare these beforehand to expedite your job application process:

  • SSS Card/Form (Photocopy)
  • TIN Card/Form (Photocopy)
  • Philhealth Card/Form (Photocopy)
  • Pagibig Card/Form (Photocopy)
  • NSO Birth certificate
  • 2×2 & 1×1 Picture Picture ID
  • NBI/Police Clearance
  • Drug screening and medical certificate
  • Employment Certificate from previous employers
